Weekly Training Sessions

Swimming

Schedule

Training is on Wednesday evening, 18:00 to 19:00, at Biggin Hill Library/Leisure Centre. All participants need to bring a drink to have at poolside - if possible, please bring some small fins.

Checklist

  • Attend all sessions with suitable swimwear. Preferably swimming trunk or jammers for the boys and for the girls avoid 2 piece swim wear.
  • Attend all sessions with goggles that are fit for purpose.
  • Attend all sessions with a towel!

 

Cycling

Schedule

Training is only on an ad hoc basis at the moment.

Checklist

  • ALL cyclists must have a helmet and a bicycle in good working order - gloves are also recommended
  • The clothing must be appropriate for the weather and environmental conditions, e.g. warmth, waterproof etc
  • Bring suitable drink and snacks for the session
  • Please also refer to the Bike Safety Check in the Member Information Pack

 

Running

Schedule

Training is on Friday afternoon, 16:45 to 17:45, at Warren Road School (main playground).

Checklist

  • Please attend with suitable running shoes/trainers
  • The clothing must be appropriate for the weather and environmental conditions, e.g. warmth, waterproof etc
  • Bring suitable drink and snacks for the session
